   On our honey moon we decided to try the tasting menu… Living in New York we always try different food and love trying new restaurants however this was an amazing experience. This was a memorable experience and the food was outstanding and the service was impeccable!!! We visited 7 other towns in Spain and this was our favorite dining experience. I would recommend anyone visiting Bilbao to come here, the food was the best and again the service was perfect not to mention the atmosphere was beautiful.

   Eskerrik asko,
   My wife and I dined at your restaurant last week (the folks from Washington DC). We have dined at many “fine” places in the US and Europe, and I must say this was the greatest meal we have ever had. While I loved the truffled poached egg with kidneys, my wife adored your fish soup. But all the food was abundant, simple, and brilliant! Aside from the food, your staff was lovely.
   Thank you so much for one of the most memorable/spiritual experiences I (we) have had.

   Thank you, I hope to make it back to Bilbao to eat at your restaurant again.

   Fernando and staff….. I enjoyed the most exquisite dining experience on Saturday 6th June 2009. Five course meal full of wonderful surprises that entertained my mouth with every bite!
